Once you join the Premier team, we provide all of the necessary training to succeed at your position, at dramatically reduced cost to you, and in some cases we pay you for training.

Lifeguards: $10.50-$11.50/hour
Swim Instructors: $11.00-$12.00/hour
Swim Coaches: $15.00-$17.50/hour
Administrative Positions: $10.50-$12.00/hour
Summer Camp Counselors: $10.50-$11.50/hour
CPR and Lifeguard Instructors: $18.00/hour
