COURSE INSTRUCTIONS (Please Read)

1. Register and pay for Premier portion of course by booking on schedule below.
2. You will be emailed your online course information. You will need to pay an additional $19.00 to the American Red Cross.
3. The online course will take roughly 3 hours to complete and a grade of 80% or better must be obtained on the test. Participants have unlimited tries on the test.
4. Participants MUST bring their completion certificate to the in person portion of the class.

4.5 Hours (INCLUDES THREE (3) HOUR ONLINE PORTION)

COURSE PREREQUISITES
Completion of online course.

COURSE FEE
Fee 1: $45.00 (Paid online to Premier when registering above)

Fee 2: $19 (Paid online to American Red Cross for online course registration)

COURSE TRANSFER/CANCELLATION FEE
There is a $25 cancellation/transfer fee for all Health and Safety Classes. For courses cancelled less than 48 hours before the course offering, there will be no refunds.

COURSE PURPOSE
The purpose of the American Red Cross Safety Training for Swim Coaches Blended Learning course is to teach those involved in competitive swimming, including coaches, officials, athletic trainers and aquatic exercise trainers, how to help:

• Maintain a comfortable and safe environment for swimmers.
• Prevent accidents and emergencies.
• Respond to swimmers with illnesses or injuries in water or on land.

Successful completion of online pre-course and all in water skills sessions
