GENERAL REFUND POLICY
- Premier offers a 100% money back satisfaction guarantee on our programs. If at any time you are unhappy with your experience with Premier, please notify a manager within 30 days, and they will issue an immediate refund. Refunds are contingent on specified policies listed below for each individual program.
- Any requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 30 days of pulling out of a program. Any requests for refunds that are made outside of the 30 day window will be at the discretion of Premier management.
MINOR MODEL RELEASE
I understand that Photos and Videos (herein and after collectively “Images”) are occasionally taken at Premier Aquatic Services LLC. facilities and that any Images taken of myself or my minor child may be used. I hereby give PAS my permission to license the Images and to use the Images in any Media for any purpose (except pornographic or defamatory) which may include, among others, advertising, promotion, marketing or packaging for any product or service. I agree that the Images may be combined with other images, text and graphics, and cropped, altered or modified.
I agree that I have no rights to the Images, and all rights to the images belong to PAS. I acknowledge and agree that I have no right to Consideration or accounting, and that I will make no claim for any reason to PAS.
I have read and understood, and I agree with the informed consent and waiver/release, emergency medical authorization, and minor model release outlined above as it relates to my son(s)/daughter(s).
SWIM LESSONS
- 24 hour cancellation notice. Without 24 hour notice, lesson will be considered used.
- Cancelled lessons must rescheduled immediately. Failure to do so will result in the loss of the lesson.
- Lessons cannot be scheduled without payment.
- Instructors and lesson times are subject to change (only if the situation is unresolvable. i.e. instructor calls in sick, etc.)
- If instructor is sick, we will provide a backup instructor to teach. If customer chooses to wait until instructor returns, Premier will schedule the lesson for as soon as possible.
- Lessons are taught rain or shine.
- Doctors note will supersede this policy
- Only closed for lightening or pool closure.
- Makeups will be offered for pool closures.
- Late lessons cannot be made up. (i.e. If you are late 10 min, your lesson in 10 min shorter.)
- Lessons are purchased in packages or 4 lessons increments. No single lessons will be sold.
“FAST TRACK” LEARN TO SWIM GROUP LESSONS
- Each session consists of 8 classes (Monday through Thursday). No makeups are ever allowed.
- LTS schedule is set in advance. No changes will be made to the schedule.
- Parents are not allowed to select instructors.
- Students will only graduate when they can complete all required level test out skills, as listed on the LTS progression guide. Students will more than likely have to repeat levels in order to fulfill all requirements and graduate to the next class.
- In the case of discipline, upon the 2nd warning, instructors reserve the right to remove participants from class as they see fit.
- Parents are asked to stay at least 15 feet away from lessons to help instructors connect with students.
- After the second day of the session, no refunds will be issued for LTS.
- Students can be added to the learn to swim program up until the 2nd day of the session or later based the discretion or the program supervisor.
- No prorating will be offered to late registrants.
- Makeups will be offered for holidays and pool closures.
“MONTHLY/PERPETUAL” LEARN TO SWIM
- Perpetual Learn to Swim runs as 1 class per week and is an ongoing program.
- Depending on the day your child swims, each month may differ between 3 and 5 meetings per month. The cost of the program will remain consistent each month. Some months you will benefit from additional classes at no additional cost.
- PAS will prorate fees if your child is joining in the middle of a month.
- LTS schedule is set in advance. No changes will be made to the schedule.
- Students will only graduate when they can complete all required level test out skills, as listed on the LTS progression guide.
- In the case of discipline, upon the 2nd warning, instructors reserve the right to remove participants from class as they see fit.
- Parents are asked to stay at least 15 feet away from lessons to help instructors connect with students.
- There will be no mixing of session times within a LTS session.
- Perpetual students will be offered 1 make up session monthly at no additional cost.
SEMI PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
- All semi private lessons are scheduled in advance. No changes will be allowed once schedule is set.
- Participants are responsible for creating groups.
- No make ups will be allowed in semi-private swim lesson.
- Lessons cannot be scheduled without payment.
- Instructors and lesson times are subject to change (only if the situation is unresolvable. i.e. instructor calls in sick, etc.)
- If instructor is sick, we will provide a backup instructor or customer can choose to wait until instructor returns.
- Lessons are taught rain or shine.
- Only closed for lightening or pool closure.
- Makeups will be offered for pool closures.
- Late lessons cannot be made up. If you are late 10 min, your lesson in 10 min shorter.
- Lessons are purchased in packages or 4 lessons increments. No single lessons will be sold.
SWIM TEAM
- Apparel will not be guaranteed for late registrants.
- Team suits are required for all competition.
- Swimmers with long hair must wear swim caps.
- Parents are responsible for swim meet registration via the Swim Phone system. No late meet entries will be accepted.
- Swim Team fees will not be prorated for participants who sign up late.
- No refunds will be given after the second week of any swim team session.
- Included in swim fees, are team pictures, team suits, team caps, team t-shirts, meet fees, trophies, and coaching.
- Discipline will administered based on head coaches discretion.
- All swim team parents are required to volunteer at least 2 volunteer shifts throughout the summer.
- In order to participate in champs, swimmers must participate in 1 practice per week (average) and 2 regular season meets.
- If a swimmer is removed from practice 3 times, they will be excused from the team with no refund.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
- All registrations must be completed through Premier online registration system.
- Refunds are not available for cancellations made within 24 hours of the start of a class.
- Failure to complete online class preparation prior to the start of a blended learning course will result in the
students dismissal from the class. If dismissed from a blended learning class for failure to complete the online portion, students will be invited to a future course, but may be assessed a service fee of up to $25.00 dollars.
- If a student fails to pass the necessary components to receive their desired health and safety certification, Premier will allow that student to repeat the failed course at no cost to the student.
- No refunds will be given for attempted and failed courses.
- No refunds will be given students who fail to complete the blended learning registration process in the proper
manner. Premier staff will provide detailed directions for class registration on the American Red Cross website. Failure to follow provided directions that result in additional charges by the American Red Cross, will not be reimbursed or refunded by Premier.
- Premier may charge a late registration fee for registrations placed within 24 hours of a class.
- All students in professional rescuer classes will be required to bring with them a BVM at their own cost. Students who do not bring a BVM to the first class, may purchase one from Premier in person.
